Direct to Film

Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is a heat-transfer process that uses a film to print designs on fabric. It’s a popular method for decorating t-shirts and other apparel that require high color and low volume printing.

How it works 

  1. A design is printed on a special film using a DTF printer
  2. The film is covered with adhesive powder
  3. The film is applied to the garment using a heat press
  4. A clear backing is peeled off the film

Prices start at $25.00 for a one sided Gildan 5000 Style shirt with customer supplied artwork. The normal turn a round time on DTF is 4 business days.
